Does anyone have a .dvi file for the Gnu Emacs manual, prefereably but not
necessarily at an arpa site so I can ftp it here. It seems to be off-line
at the prep and I had no success trying to copy the slew of files required
for generating a new .dvi file.
Also, does anyone have the installation routine down to the point where you
can just pull everything out of a tar file and run 'make'?
