[net.emacs] Emacs file framebuf.h for the sun

I am trying to install emacs #264 we bought from Unipress, on a
SUN-2 running release 2.2.  However, the file TrmSUN.c expects a
file framebuf.h in the working directory, and the files font.c,
gxfind.c and rasterop.c expects a file framebuf.h in the /usr/include
directory.  Well, the include file does not exist in any directory.
Can someone mail me a copy of this file?  In case unipress is listening,
the serial number on our tape says 0069 dated 6/29/83.
