From: rms@prep.ai.mit.edu (Richard M. Stallman) Emacs 17.46 is now available for distribution; see /u2/emacs/GETTING-GNU-SOFTWARE on this machine for info on Internet ftp distribution. There are difference files from 17.43 and 17.45, named diff-17.43-17.46 and diff-17.45-17.46. These files are 340k and 170k, respectively. Much of this bulk comes from documentation files. Such changes should diminish from now on, since the pretty edition of the manual has just been typeset.
