( I am told that the lowercase "i" has been trademarked by Intel. Good going, guys !) Has anyone ported UniPress Emacs to an 80x86 - based machine running System V ? I am told (assured ?) that this is feasible with a large model compiler. Has anyone actually done this ? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. -- Scott Crenshaw {akgua,decvax}!mcnc!rti-sel!scirtp!scott SCI Systems , Inc. Research Triangle Park, NC

Scott -- you should talk to Mike Gallaher at Unipress, topaz!unipress!mg, about a month ago he was porting emacs to the 80286 running Microsoft Xenix. -- ron@vsedev.UUCP (Ron Flax) UUCP: ..!seismo!vsedev!ron ARPA: vsedev!ron@seismo.CSS.GOV
