The sites you see with DECnet addresses are generally connected to the net via simple 2-machine gateways -- they aren't running UUCP directly. In any case, now that my MSDOS UUCP/mail/netnews code is running, I'm willing to get back to finishing up my VMS version. The idea was that the VMS version would be distributed by DEC in some manner. There have been long delays, however, primarily due to problems in getting certain parts of DEC administration to agree to some rather basic licensing protections that I must require to protect my own interests.
