[net.decus] FLECS translator for VAX

I am trying to locate a version of the FLECS translator which will
run on a VAX 11-780/BSD UN*X or an 11-750/VMS4.x . Any info on where I
might get the source and documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Please note I have tried the 85/86 DECUS library - it lists only TOPS10/20
and PRO300 versions. Will either of these run on the above systems, and
if so what patches are necessary ?
