Thanks for the replies I've received about pdp 11/35's and 40's. To those I haven't sent a personal reply I'm sorry, its coming. If you've offered additional info and assistance believe me I appreciate it. You'll be hearing more from me soon. My project moved at the end of September to a new building. We didn't get around to getting netnews back up until recently and I've just been too busy to keep up with my mail and my new machine. If you sent me mail between Sept 25 and the end of Oct it mostly likely either got bounced or dropped in a bitbucket. I'd like to suggest that if you're interested in DEC* machines you should definitely get a subscription to the DEC* Professional. (address at the end) I visited them about a week ago to buy a memory board from them. He was very helpful with some info on updating my system. He also sold me a 1/4 Meg ram board at a nice price so I could be considered biased expect for I liked his magazine better then Hardcopy for quite a while. Also, how many publishers do you know have a 10 yr old 11/70 backplane hanging on his office wall as a momento. They are starting up a bullitin board for subscribers that currently lets you leave requests for info from advertisers. They have plans to allow message posting and software downloading but that is yet to come. This weekend I'm shooting for a 24Kword ram test. I searching for a mmu(KT11-D, M7236) and a cheap DL11 card. When I get those then I take a shot at RT-11 XM(extended mon) and the fun begins! So long, and thanks for all the bits!
