[net.decus] Wanted: cheap device independent VMS screen editor

Is there a cheap (preferably FREE) screen editor available for
VMS 4.2 which is reasonably device independent.  In specific,
we get lots of requests from Televideo users who want to be
able to do full screen editing on VMS.
