Does anyone have or know where I can find a bootstrap sequence to boot an RK07 disk drive on a PDP 11/40? I have the unfortunate fate of having to find said sequence and then to toggle it in on the front panel of an 11/40. Please respond directly to me, as I am not on this mailing list.
