[net.decus] wanted: VMS Fortran to f77 converter

I am looking for a something which will take VMS Fortran as input
and produce 'generic' Fortran-77 as output, without any of the 
extensions used by DEC or anybody else. 

I am sure that someone has done this before. We have access to Unix
as well as VMS machines, so something which is written in lex/yacc
would be fine.
