The discussion of privacy and whether we have any "rights" in this country prompts me to quote (without permission) from a sask government white paper on revisions to the vehicles act: "It is therefore proposed that the Vehicles Act provide police the power to demand a body fluids sample from any driver, whether injured or not, who has been involved in an accident and to provide legal protection for medical personnel who would obtain the sample for the police." remembering the old days, when a man's body fluids were his own... custead
