[can.general] Canadian news groups

I was asked the names of the "official" Canadian news groups.  I don't
know whether there is an official list, but these are all of the ones
in our active news group file:

	can.general
	can.followup
	can.politics
	can.ai
	can.ai.cscsi
	can.jobs
