The uucp sites allegra and floyd now phone utzoo every night for mail. Rather than going through decvax and harpo to get to these sites, you should (considering the harpo connection never works) send mail to them via utzoo!floyd (or !allegra). We don't know how stable this arrangement is, so watch this newsgroup for any changes. Right now it works fine.
