Paul Harvey's "The Rest of the Story" last night was about AGB and how
he wound up in Ontario.
Both of his brothers had died from tuberculosis (although it was called
something else then). His father, though in an excellent and prominent
job, decided his remaining son's well-being demanded a move to someplace
better.
On the other side of the ocean. The son knew he was going there to die.
And he did - 52 years later.
