In a recent issue of Compute! magazine I read an article on long-distance education, particularly through a modem. Apparently, there is an institution in California called "Electronic University" which works with a number of very reputable universities (Cornell, SUNY, Boston, California State etc) to offer courses and degree programs through telecommunications. Has anybody heard anything good or bad about them? Theoretically, they offer a number of degrees (MBA, BA, B.Sc.B.Adm.,....) which are granted by the above-named universities. I was directed to a place in California called "TeleLearning Systems" for more information ?!! -- {allegra,ihnp4,linus,decvax}!utzoo!utcsstat!anthony {ihnp4|decvax|utzoo|utcsrgv}!utcs!utzoo!utcsstat!anthony
