You can still get stubbies in Ontario from Labbats "Crystal" beer.
 
Also, Brick beer (a small independent in Waterloo,Ontario) doesnt have
 *ANY* extraneous chemicals, they use a very elabrate filtration system
in the process to prevent continuous fermenting and other things during
shelf life -- to me this un-pasteurized, un-chemical beer does have a
different taste (Also, they are AIMING at a German taste) than other
Canadian beers -- but quantities of this beer can be rough on the olde
digestive track :-) :-) ;-}
