I have resigned as president of /usr/group/cdn. Basically the workload was too much (100+ hours volunteer in 6 weeks) and was causing personal problems for me. I have agreed to remain on the Board of Directors. Araldo Menegon of NCR has become president. We will be having elections in November to fill the two new positions on the Board created by recent bylaw changes. Peter Renzland will be posting more on this, but let me say that if you are interested in being on the Board, particularly if you are not from Toronto, please get a short Biography to the /usr/group/cdn office before October 23.
