Cheap Living Downtown!
======================

Three-bedroom walkup, second floor, large kitchen and living room (w/bay window)
kind of old (ten foot ceilings), new (10 years ?) kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

1. Available September - April
One room, furnished (20+ feet shelf space (homebuilt), desk, queen-size futon,
small chest of drawers, hanging bar for clothes), huge window with blind.
$300/month, would be willing to rent it only until December and find someone
else for January-April.

2. Available September - December
Another room, unfurnished, smaller window, $250/month

Utilities not included, usually amount to $30/month plus long distance.
Right downtown! Bloor and Spadina area, two minutes to both subway lines,
three seconds to Spadina bus, near all downtown amenities including two
24-hour stores (Dominion and SuperSave), Albert's Hall (and Brunswick House),
El Basha (best felafel in town), etcetera... best neighbourhood in town.

PERFECT FOR CO-OP STUDENTS... you will be living with a former co-op student
so you will have lots of sympathy as well... also, Waterloo (and perhaps other)
students can get memberships at the U of T Athletic Centre (Fort Jock) which is
a block south of here, and the cheapest health club in town, and the best to
meet people (nudge nudge wink wink say no more) who may in fact have a brain.

Email to craig@gpu.utcs.toronto.edu OR
Call (416)961-2422 anytime reasonable (ie. not in the morning),
there is an answering machine here, and it works.
NO SMOKERS, Females preferred (because this has always been a mixed household)
in at least one room, but of course as September 1 draws near we'll reconsider.

NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO EXTENSIONS! I'll be back in April and I want my room!
