The Canadian X Software Repository is temporarily shutdown until such time as I can resurrect it on another site. The most recent copy of the repository has been cloned onto other computer sites as a matter of precaution, but the official repository will not be back on-line until late October (optimistic). This hiatus is primarily due to my leaving Geac and not having enough disk/horsepower on my home machine (murder) to cope with the server (The current X software exceeds 100Mb of data!). I will post a followup message to this group when the repository is, once again, active. If you are in Dire Straits (old New Dundee ;-)) drop me a line indicating what software you absolutely need, and I will see what I can do. Thanks to all who are helping to make the repository work. -david- p.s. Should the repository be expanded to include more of the project Athena sources - the Hesiod name-server for example?
