A friend of mine in Germany is interested in electronic contact addresses for Electrical Engineering departments in Canada; he may be coming to Canada as an EE grad student sometime in the next year or two, and would like to find out a bit about possible departments. He's interested in both formal addresses (departmental electronic inquiry address, if any) and informal ones (somebody in the department who'd be willing to answer a few questions). U of T, Waterloo, and UBC are of particular interest, but he's curious about others as well. Anybody know suitable addresses?
