[ont.micro] ont.micro.mac has been removed

There was no support for retaining ont.micro.mac, and its
original purpose as an Arpanet gateway has been taken over by
fa.info-mac.  Therefore, I have sent out a rmgroup on ont.micro.mac.

Future postings should use ont.micro, net.micro, or net.micro.mac
as appropriate, with a distribution of Ontario if desired.
