#R:ihuxm:-15100:umn-cs:14200003:000:624 umn-cs!smith Jan 17 14:43:00 1983 I've heard rumors of cataloging schemes, but I've never used one myself. I wrote a word called "summary" that I use to get a snapshot of what I've got on a given diskette. I organize chunks of Forth code on 5-screen boundaries and have about 100 screens on a diskette (yep, single sided, single density). Printing out the first line of every fifth screen yields 20 lines of text, which fits perfectly on my CRT screen. So, "summary" prints out the header line of every fifth screen on a diskette. Elegant? Well, no. If I wanted elegance I wouldn't be using a one-lung Z80 with one obsolete diskette drive. Rick.
