[net.lang.forth] TOC for Dr. Dobb's, Sep-84, #95

jr@foros1.UUCP (John Rogers) (09/09/84)

Hi. I'm not much of a Forth-lover, so I didn't really read most of
the articles in this month's issue. But here's the TOC anyways:

Articles:	"File Maintenance in Forth", by Ray Cadmus [includes source]

"Forth and the Fast Fourier Transform", by Joe Barnhart
		[includes source]

"Computing with Streams", by L. L. Odette [applying
data-flow concepts to Forth; includes source]

"A Forth Native-Code Cross Compiler for the MC68000"
		by Ramon Buvel [includes source]

"The FVG Standard Floating-Point Extension", by Ray Duncan
and Martin Tracy [FVG = Forth Vendor's Group]

Columns:	"Dr. Dobb's Clinic", by D. E. Cortesi [lots of stuff on
CompuPro Interfacer boards, RS232, and UARTS]

"CP/M Exchange", by Robert Blum [CP/M Plus, Z80ASM]

"C/UNIX Programmer's Notebook", by Anthony Skjellum
[contains some interesting ideas for a language based
on C, with operator overloading, inline procedures,
		pointers to operators, etc.]

				Happy hacking!
