[net.lang.forth] Parameter mechanism for 6502 FIGForth

I have just posted code to net.sources that gives 6502 FIGForth users
the feature of NEON that some people here were interested in.  This
feature is the:

	: SLINKY { A B C / D E } ... ;

parameter mechanism.  Enjoy it - it is a real improvement on Forth.
