[net.lang.prolog] Fix for c-prolog under VMS 4.2

	I saw a reference on net.lang.prolog to a fix that allows
c-prolog to run under VMS 4.2  The problem we have is that ^C does
not allow us to use the trace facilit.  Can anyone send us the
correction?
	Apologies if this is a duplicate.  We haven't been sure that
our news postings have been going out until now.
