The problem stated that West made a lead of a non-honor and consequently
South made 7NT. Any other lead West could have made will set the contract.

The solution is easily arrived at. QJT of clubs must be in one hand
otherwise 7NT always makes. They must be in the East hand else West
could lead them and set the contract. If East has them he must be
squeezed out of them in order to make the contract. This means the
South hand must run a bunch of tricks while the East hand cant
protect all the suits. So the opening lead must be a heart so you can
pitch the Ace of diamonds. The particular heart chosen must be one that
removes any control of the heart suit from the East hand. Also, the JT of
diamonds must be doubleton to run the diamond suit. On the diamond suit,
pitch the four topl of the heart suit from the West hand. Also, the JT of
diamonds must be doubleton to run the diamond suit. On the diamond suit,
pitch the four top spades. To run the spade suit, the 9 of spades must be
singleton. So the unknown hands must look as follows:

                             North
                             S:AKQJ
                             H:
                             D:A
                             C:AK987654
              West East
              S:5432 S:9
              H:9765432 H:KQJT
              D:JT D:76543
              C: C:QJT
                             South
                             S:T876
                             H:A8
                             D:KQ982
                             C:32

The opening lead is the nine of hearts. Win the Ace of hearts, 4 diamond
tricks and three spade tricks all in the South hand by carefully pitching
the proper cards from the North hand. This will leave 5 cards to play
as follows:
                             North
                             S:
                             H:
                             D:
                             C:AK987
               West East
               S:5
               S:5 S:
               H:7654 H:K
               D: D:7
               C: C:QJT
                             South
                             S:6
                             H:8
                             D:2
                             C:32

South now leads the 6 of spades. What West does is immaterial. East must
keep his clubs so must pitch a winning heart or diamond. This lets South
play another winning card and East must now pitch his other winning heart
or diamond. South now plays his last winning card and claims with the AK
of clubs still to play.
