east overtakes with the QH and switches to a spade if you duck with the ace.

Whats your best line of play?
###########################################################
Win the Ace and draw trump. Cash the heart Ace and lead the spade.
West is now endplayed. Suppose he leads a diamond. (Either one.)
You win (Q or A), lead dummy's last two trumps, squeezing east in
the red suits. If a spade is returned, throw a heart and ruff in
hand. Take the diamond hook, eventually producing the same squeeze.
If west DUCKS the spade Queen, lead the diamond Queen. If it is not
covered, you win twelve tricks. If it is covered, duck, for the same
ending. This line is also the best even if you cannot see the opposing
hands, as nothing else gives you any chance.
