This is the key play. Take the club hook and draw trump. Now play one more trump. East is squeezed in three suits. You are next going to play a spade which west must duck, else you win two spades to throw diamonds on. Thus east must hold three diamonds to prevent you from setting up your low diamond after the spade. He must also keep three spades to prevent you from pinning the jack (lead high spade, throwing a diamond, later throwing the other on the ten). Thus he must throw a heart, which now gives you the entry you need. Lead the spade, ruff a low spade, and lead the heart queen, overtaking. Now lead the spade queen, throwing a diamond, setting up the ten. You get the ten later by leading to the heart five. (Or the spade now, losing a spade or diamond at trick 13.)
