In my opinion, and also the opinion of many writers, the best - by far - book
on squeezes is Love's "Squeezes".  I may have the title wrong (it might be
something like Squeeze Play at Bridge), but if you ask any bridge book
distributer for Love, they'll know the book you mean.  It starts with the
basics and works up to very complex stuff.  Must reading.  There are others,
but none come close.
