Analyze for all possible leads by west.
------------------------------------------------

1. Openning lead AC followed by another club.

1.1	Win QC. Cash JC, KC, and finesse spade once. Cash two
		diamonds, ending in (1).

		S: AQ4
		H: 6
		D: Q6
		C: -
	S: KT6
	H: QT8 Don't care ..........(1)
	D: -
	C: -
		S: 7
		H: AKJ
		D: 42
		C: -

Now, cash the third diamond. West has to give up.

1.1.1 If west discard a heart, then cash AKJ of H.
Finesse spade for the last two tricks.
1.1.2	If west discard a spade, then cash AK of H.
Finesse spade to get three more spade tricks.

1.2	Alternatively, win QC. Cash JC, AH, and finesse spade once.
Cash three diamonds ending in (2).

		S: AQ4
		H: -
		D: 6
		C: 9
	S: KT6
	H: QT Don't care ..........(2)
	D: -
	C: -
		S: 3
		H: KJ
		D: 2
		C: K

	Now, club toward KC.

1.2.1	If west discard a heart, then cash KJ of H,
			and finesse spade.
1.2.2	If west discard a spade, then cash K of H,
			and finesse spade.

2. Openning lead small club.
Win QC, followed by JT of C.

2.1	If west wins AC, then

2.1.1	If west returns a diamond, it could be reduced to
			either (1) or (2).
2.1.2	If west wins the 2nd round club and returns a club,
then it could be reduced to either (1) or (2).
2.1.3	If west wins the 3nd round club and exits with a club,
			then it reduces to (1).
2.1.4	If west returns a heart, it reduces to (2).
2.1.5	If west returns a spade, it reduces to either (1)
			or (2).

2.2	If west ducks, then cash two diamonds ending in (3).

		S: AQJ4
		H: 6
		D: Q6
		C: 9
	S: KT96 S: 852
	H: QT8 H: 975 .............(3)
	D: - D: JT
	C: A C: -
		S: 73
		H: AKJ
		D: 42
		C: K

		Now, cash the third diamond.

2.2.1	If west discards AC, over 1.
2.2.2	If west discards a heart, then cash AKJ of H.
2.2.2.1	If west discards AC, it's similar to 2.2.1.
2.2.2.2	If west discards a spade, then finesse spade.
Throw in west with club. West has nothing
but spade to lead. Declarer automatically
catches the last two spade tricks.
2.2.3	If west discards a spade, then give up the fourth
diamond to east, at the same time squeeze west.
If east returns a spade, then declarer gets a free
spade finesse. And declarer can cash H and finesse
for the rest of spades. Therefore, east's best
			return is a heart.
2.2.3.1	If west discard AC, then declarer has
two entries to hand to finesse spade.
2.2.3.2	If west discard a heart, then cash AKJ of H,
at the same time squeeze west again.
(Is this what so called cascade squeeze?)
2.2.3.2	If west discards a spade, then cash AK of H,
and finesse spade for the rest of the tricks.

3. Openning lead diamond.

3.1	Win the lead. Play QJT of C. In general, it will reduce
to one of the above situations.

4. Openning lead heart.

4.1	It seems that it is the best defense. It breaks the
bridge before declarer is ready. I can't find a way
		to make it.
(If west's hand was changed so that he held only three hearts,
then the hand could be made.)

5. Openning lead spade.

5.1	In general, it will reduce to one of the (1), (2), and (3).
