E)club-partner must be nipping at the flask again. The only thing that
would make a double intelligent is a club void. At least you'll win
  the post mortem.
E)club-There is no hurry to take any tricks except ruffs.
E)club-I have too much stuff. Partner must be void.
C)club-Partner must be doubling for an unusual lead.
R)Nothing else would seem to make much sense. Partner doesn't have strength
  nor a trump stack.

C)club-Lets force declarer.
R)who has the trump stack?

E)AH-I haven't the foggiest. Let's see what hits in dummy; that is before
  I hit the other dummy.

E)spade-Partner obviously didn't hear the bidding. I'll make an attacking
  lead.

The people(though pessimistically) that give partner credit for common
sense and a reasonable bid all led clubs. Those that couldn't find an
explanation led something else. A club lead must be right if anything.
