Let's try the obvious. Cash the KH. Now you must lead another heart to
avoid giving declarer an entry to dummy. Declarer ruffs. Now declarer
plays the TS and overtakes with the JS. East must win and is endplayed.
Declarer takes the rest.

So let's try exiting with the 7H. Declarer once again plays the TS overtaking
with the JS. You win and play a heart. Declarer ruffs and now can't 
avoid two diamond losers.

But even this isn't good enough, declarer need not ruff the third heart.
Declarer pitches a diamond and west holds the trick. Endplayed again.
The defense gets no more tricks.

So what's left? Try exiting with the TH on trick 3. Now when in with the 
spade, exit with the 7H. Partner can now overtake if declarer ducks to 
save you from the endplay.

In other words, take this opportunity to double and play the TH.
