E:pass-Partner just exposed a psych.
E:pass-Partner is insane for thinking he can set this contract. I'll pass
       and punish him.
E+C:pass-If partner wanted me to bid, he would have taken action over 2NT.
E+C:pass-Who am I to argue if partner thinks he can set this contract.
C:pass-lead directing double by partner. Must want a spade to ruff.
C:pass-trust partner. He hopes/thinks he has four cashing tricks.

E:4S-We might make it or it might be a good sack. Passing may be right, but
I don't want to be the goat with only one way to win.
E:4S-Partner has good offside cards and no hearts. This could be a double game
     swing.
C:4S-Partner can't be good enough to be making a penalty double. I better bid.

R:I gave both bids ten points because I felt it was unfair to say which bid
was better. People do psych opening bids now and then. But rarely. I think
it is more likely that partner holds a three suited hand with values giving
me the option on what to do. I lean to the 4S call but since there was an
overwhelming support for pass, I gave them both ten points. Especially
since 4H and 4S make on the hand.
