I need some advice from you netters: does anyone (primarily in Chicagoland) have information on who to trust to do income tax forms? I don't really know how to go about finding someone trustworthy in this important area of interest. Has anyone tried H & R Block or Mr. Tax with any positive results? Do they guarantee their work? Will they back up and pay penalties on any mistakes they make? What about small income tax firms? Would they be more reliable? Please post answers to: ihuxw!kathleen. Thank you. Katie
