[net.taxes] Need address for mailing PA state tax form

It's a long story, but I have filled out a State of Pennsylvania income tax
form without having any of the separate instruction forms.  I now have an
envelope addressed to "P.O.Box _____" in Harrisburg.  Presumably you are told
to fill in a different address depending on whether you are paying extra
taxes or claiming a refund.  I am paying more.  Can anyone supply the
box number I need to fill in?
