[net.taxes] Energy Tax credit information

I would like any information that anybody has on the Energy Tax Credit
that is available.  Specifically, I am installing new thermal windows
in my home and am wondering if any of the laws have changed regarding
the 15% of the first $3000.00 for a maximum of $300.00 refund for
calendar year 1984. If any of the laws have changed, can someone fill
me in on the changes.  Also, what forms will I need to fill in to
qualify for the refund?
