     If TI gives you a computer and you keep it in your office
and TI retains title to the equiptment then they own it, and you
don't pay tax on it.  If you take it home for your work there
then TI still owns it, retains the rights to it, and you pay no
tax.  If however, TI gives it to you and you can do whatever you
wish with it, i.e. sell it, give it away, hit it with a hammer,
etc. then it is treated like a bonus, and you should pay
tax on it.
