I have some game draw and collision routines for the apple, which i know pretty well, that i would like to port to the atari 800, about which i know very little. Could someone tell me: 1: does the atari 800 have an RIFA (Reduced Interference From Antic) mode that allows one to do normal bit-mapped draws by just moving bytes around in memory? 2: what is the best way to use this chip anyhow? and a related question 1: does anyone have specs and info on running the graphics of the STBR (Soon To Be Released) atari machine?
