Good news for ATARI owners with PERCOM AT-88 disk drives. If your disk drive is still in warranty you can call PERCOM and they will send you a free Data- Separator board. The phone number I called then at was 214-340-7081 and I asked to talk to Customer Service. They sent the board out about a week later C.O.D. for shipping charges only (about $3.00). Also I found the "pot" used to control the disk speed. It is a blue trimpot on the very small board behind the drive mechanism. Some people reccomend that you turn the drive speed down to about 291-292.
