In my review of "Graphics Animation Primer" I stated that the
publication of the book was held up because of a dispute
between the publisher and the authors. I got this information
from the McGraw-Hill bookstore in New York City.
However, I have found out (from "reliable sources") that
the publication was held up because the book, as originally
written, was simply too large (remember, the FINAL ended up
> 500 pages).
I apologize and stand corrected.
