13	UNLOCKING THE 56 GRAPHICS MODES
An introductory article on the full range of Atari's
graphics modes. It includes a BASIC program that
		displays all 56 modes.
16 TELLING TIME IN PILOT
A simple program to teach children to tell time using
three difficulty levels. Needs Pilot language.
21	NETWORKING NEWS
		Continuing articles on BBS's.
26	ATARI ART
Modern art on a dot matrix printer.
29	DRAWING FUN
A joystick drawing program that uses Graphics 10, a
nine color medium resolution GTIA mode. Needs GTIA chip.
32	ANTIC'S MODE 3
Here's how to modify Atari's text mode to display video
lowercase letters with real descenders and subscripts.
37	COMPUTER GRAPHICS PRODUCT SURVEY
A long article that covers both software such as MICROPAINTER
and PAINT and hardware such as graphics tablets, light pens
and printers to make hard copies.
48	PRICE'S COLOR PICTURE PAINTER
This program lets you change all four colors on every scan
line in pictures drawn with most graphics programs that use
		Mode E, Atari's high-resolution four-color mode. Disk Drive
		is required.
57	EASY GRAPHICS CONVERTER
This program converts picture files between different
drawing software products such as joystick, light pen and
KoalaPad. It allows you to use MicroPainter to make back-
grounds for Movie Maker files, etc.
64	ROTATE YOUR PLAYER
This article demonstrates some of machine language's special
capabilities. Needs both BASIC and ASSEMBLER EDITOR for
		full effect.
66	CUSTOMIZING BASIC KEY FUNCTIONS
(I quote here) A devilishly clever technique for setting up
two-keystroke "function-key" abbreviations that will enter
repeats of lengthy commands into your program. BASIC and
		a disk drive are required.
70	OLYMPIC DASH (game of the month)
This simulation of the 100-yard dash is ANTIC's first machine
language action game. (like games out of ANALOG mag) It is
a two player game requiring two joysticks that runs on all
		Atari computers.
76	PRODUCT REVIEW
	  Hardware:
Advanced Programming Techniques For Your Atari (book)
Atari Basic Faster and Better (book)
	  Software:
		Rainbow Walker (Synapse)
The Seven Cities of Gold (Electronic Arts)
		Pitfall! (Activision, Inc)
		Drol (Broderbund)
		Carrier Force (Strategic Simulations, Inc)
		Nato Commander (MicroProse)
		Universe (Omnitrend)
		Codewriter (Codewriter Corp)
87	COPY MATE
A fast easy disk-sector copier that requires ASSEMBLER
EDITOR. XL computers need the translator.
98	FADER--A CLASSY VIDEO "SLIDE SHOW"
A unique dot-by-dot "fade" effect that can be combined
with picture files created in MicroPainter format will
give a professional looking slide show.

Notes of interest:
I didn't receive my subscription copy of ANTIC until Monday
although I saw the copies on the news stands over the weekend
so I apologize if most of you already know what articles are
in this issue. I am sure there are some of you that will
	still benefit from this information.
