[net.music] long and varied pieces, yet another ...

In all this talk of long and boring, oops, I mean varied, pieces of music,
I can't recall seeing any mention of Stomu Yamashita. I have an album of
"concept" music (there's that word again...) simply called GO, and featuring
Steve Winwood, Mike Shrieve, and Al DiMeola. The "song" covers both sides of
the album (how's that for long), and should be played second side first.
Included in the album is a booklet describing both the music and the recording
of the album. Anybody out there in net.land ever heard of this? I also heard
rumors of a second album by Yamashita (sp?) called GO-2, but never saw it in
any of the stores. Is this real, or just a figment of an overly active
imagination...
