During the month of July, ANTIC magazine subscribers can sign up for a free lifetime subscription to DELPHI database plus one hour of free time. DELPHI is similar to COMPUSERVE but there are a few advantages if you have a 1200 bps modem. The connect time is the same for 1200 as it is for 300. It costs $6.00 per hour (off hours). They have s group called ANTIC ONLINE and they will be putting the same information there that they are currently putting on COMPUSERVE. They will be on both services now. SIG*ATARI will also be on DELPHI. DELPHI is undergoing great changes according to an article in ANTIC. They offer news, email and searchable databases, but specialize in user created files, which may be either public or private. The usual lifetime subscription (including 2 hours) is $50, so you are getting a pretty good deal. If you are not an ANTIC subscriber, you can sign up for DELPHI and subscribe to ANTIC at the same time on-line. See page 7 of the August 1985 issue of ANTIC. I don't know if it is on the news stands yet. Happy Telecomputing... Kit Kimes AT&T Information Systems Montgomery Works Montgomery, Il. 60538-0305 ..!ihnp4!mgweed!kek
