[net.micro.atari] Address to get DOS 2.5

I understand that ANTIC published the address to send ones Atari DOS
3.0 master diskette to get a copy of DOS 2.5.  Does anyone out 
there have the address?  Is DOS 2.5 an improvement over 2.05?
