[net.micro.atari] Prowriter Info Request

I am the proud owner of a 8510 Prowriter printer. I do however, have a 
few questions which someone out there might be able to answer for me with
their infinite wisdom:

1.  What is the type of chip and at what board position does it reside, for
    the additional RAM chip which may be inserted to give one a 2K internal
    printer charachter buffer.

2.  What is the procedure to create and download a custom charachter set
    to the printer.
