I am trying to interface a Panasonic KX-P1091 printer with an Atari 800XL via the 850 interface board. When I try to print documents (using Atariwriter) in the Near Letter Quality mode, I get unexpected spaces and some repetition of text. I am not using any special drivers. Does anybody have any experience with the 1091 that might help me decide whether I have a printer problem, a compatibility problem, a bad cable, other!!!!
