[net.micro.atari] ST hard disk?

I seem to recall reading something about ST hard disk availability
in this group. Does anyone know what the story is (are they available
yet, what's the price like, etc)? Also, I'd be interested in the
quality of the C programming environment. Is the C compiler good?
Are there any Unix-like tools available (grep, make, lint (sigh))?
Thanks,

Isaac Dimitrovsky
