I was going to post these results last week but our phone lines were down. I received 15 responses (I think I pulled a few in from postings but I'm not sure. I know I didn't get everyone who posted (but didn't mail)) There were 10 Yes and 5 No. Nearly everyone had ideas for what the groups should be called. Here they are old machines st net.micro.atari net.micro.st (2 votes) net.micro.atari.eightbit net.micro.atari.st net.micro.atari.520st net.micro.atarist net.micro.atari net.micro.atari.st (2 votes, one with a no vote) net.micro.atari.8bit net.micro.atari.st There was one vote that we split, but that the group for old machines NOT be called net.micro.atari800 Most of the no votes said there was not enough traffic and the eight bit group would go away. One suggested that everyone use keywords to describe which machines their message is about. I was hoping for more votes. I'm going to talk to some net people about this and see what they say. Meanwhile, if you want your votes to be counted and it's not in here, send it posthaste. -- The Maxwell R. Mayhem Institute for Quandary Requiem and Maternal Sciamachy Accept no substitutes.
