[net.micro.atari] blah and blah and blah

turner@imagen.UUCP (D'arc Angel) (01/13/86)

its been said before but i'll try saying it again and see if anyone
listens. This group is all talk and no substance, all quantity and
no quality ! the amiga group is alive with helpful suggestions,
major source code (MicroEMACS, make, more, etc.), all we seem to be
able to do is yelp about atari's marketing practices, unix and MMU,
unix and flexability (what the blue blazes is that doing in this
group?), and blah and blah and blah. Are we so insecure that we must
constantly re-enforce our decision to buy the ST ? what will make or
break this machine is what WE do with it not what the hardware does.

Please don't prove my point by posting a bunch of trivial (or
otherwise) flames to this group, email them to me and i will
summarize them.

FLAME OFF
