Has anyone out there used the Mail Merge portion of AtariWriter Plus TM? I first tried to load my old Atari Maillist files to Mail Merge. That did not work as the format was not fully compatible, even after setting up Mail Merge to match the Maillist format. Does anyone know how to convert Maillist files to Mail Merge? Therefore, I created new Mail Merge files with format that I liked and edited in one file at a time all of my old Maillist files. However, when it came to print them out, I cannot find anyway to format the output for the printer. Creating a subset seems to be a way of sorting out a portion of the files by whatever catagory. What I want to do is to place the first name field, then the second name field then the last name field on the first line. Followed by the street address next line. Third line to consist of city, state and zip. Not too complicated but so far I have not figured out how to do it. Any ideas? Finally, is there anyway to increase the field length past the 20 characters allowed by Mail Merge? 20 characters is ok for most fields, but for street addresses, it is sometimes too short.
